Evenbooked

For independent barbers and rental shops

Your link. Your clients. One flat price.

Evenbooked is online booking for independent barbers: one link your clients book from, a client list that stays yours, and $15 a month, never a booking fee on your clients.

A barber's Evenbooked booking page on a phone: his bio, walk-ins welcome, the shop address, a week of availability with the next opening, and his services with prices.

How it works for you

Three steps, done from your phone between cuts.

  1. Set up services and hours

Add what you cut, how long it takes and what it costs, then your weekly hours and breaks.

The Services screen in the Evenbooked dashboard: Haircut 30 minutes $35, Beard Trim 20 minutes $20, Cut + Beard 50 minutes $50.
  2. Share your link

Put it in your Instagram bio, print the QR code for your mirror, or embed it on your site.

The Share screen: the booking link evenbooked.com/nicocuts with a copy button, and a QR code to download.
  3. Clients book

Bookings land on your Today screen, with an alert to you and a reminder to them the day before.

The Today screen: four bookings, $140 in revenue, and the day's appointments listed by time.

What your clients get

  • No app.
  • No account.
  • No card, unless you take deposits.
  • No booking fees.

They book in four steps and prove it's them with a code texted to their phone. Your page shows only you: no other barbers, no ads.

Questions

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They open your link, pick a service and a time, and confirm with a code texted to their phone. Nothing to download, no password, and Evenbooked never charges them.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Pick a plan and add a card in the dashboard. If you don't, online booking pauses and your page says so. You can still log in, see your book and export everything.

I rent a chair. Who pays?

You pay $15 a month for your own chair, or your shop owner covers every chair with the shop plan. Either way, your clients stay yours.

Can I bring my clients from Booksy, theCut or Squire?

Yes. Import a CSV from Dashboard → Clients. Imported clients get no texts from Evenbooked until they book with you themselves.

What if I leave the shop?

One step moves your clients, their history and your upcoming bookings to a page of your own. The owner keeps totals, not your clients' names or numbers.

How do I cancel?

From the dashboard, any time. There's no contract: your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and your export is always there.
