What Evenbooked is

Evenbooked is an appointment-booking service for independent barbers. When you book an appointment through a barber's Evenbooked page, we process the information below on behalf of you and your barber.

Information we collect

• Your name, as you enter it when booking
• Your mobile phone number, verified by a one-time code when you book online
• Your email address, if you choose to provide one
• Your appointment history with the barber you book with (service, date and time, status)

We do not collect payment information. Evenbooked does not process payments.

How we use it

• Scheduling, confirming, and managing your appointments
• Sending appointment-related text messages (see Text messaging below)
• Showing your barber their own client list and appointment history

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the barber you booked with and the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (SMS and email carriers).

Text messaging

Evenbooked sends appointment-related (transactional) text messages only: phone-verification codes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and cancellation or reschedule notices. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts (your barber may then contact you by email or phone instead). Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.

Data retention & your choices

Appointment history is retained so your barber can serve you as a returning client. To have your information corrected or deleted, contact your barber or email us and we'll handle it.
