The service

Evenbooked lets you book appointments with independent barbers. The appointment itself (the haircut, its price, and any payment) is between you and your barber. Evenbooked is the scheduling layer, not a party to the service being booked.

Booking

  • You must provide accurate contact information and verify your phone number to book online.
  • You can cancel or reschedule through the link in your confirmation message up to 3 hours before your appointment; closer than that, contact your barber directly.
  • Barbers may track missed appointments ("no-shows") and may decline future bookings at their discretion.
  • Some barbers ask for a deposit to book. If that barber also charges a no-show or late-cancellation fee, the payment step shows each fee and its amount, and the card you pay the deposit with is saved with that barber for those fees only. The barber (never Evenbooked, and never automatically) may charge the fee if you miss the appointment or cancel inside the cutoff; you'll get a receipt saying why. No fee is ever charged when the barber cancelled or moved your appointment. You can remove your saved card anytime from your booking link.

Text messages

By verifying your phone number you agree to receive appointment-related text messages (verification codes, confirmations, reminders, cancellation and reschedule notices). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't book appointments you don't intend to keep, book on behalf of someone without their consent, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may block access for abuse.

Disclaimers

Evenbooked is provided as-is. We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for the services barbers provide or for missed appointments. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently nothing).
